"Health is ESG" is an internal campaign developed for Neuraxpharm with the goal of embedding sustainability into the daily life of its team. Inspired by the iconic "Love is…" movement (the legendary comic strips that gave love a face), the campaign creates an umbrella concept capable of bringing together all of the company's ESG initiatives under a single visual and verbal identity. The key: translating each sustainable action into the language a pharmaceutical company knows best… health. In doing so, what might otherwise feel like an obligation becomes something approachable, positive, and purposeful.

The strategy was built on a simple but powerful insight: sustainability doesn't resonate when communicated as a rule, but when it connects with something people already care about. For Neuraxpharm, that natural bridge is health. Under the "Health is…" concept, each ESG initiative finds its translation into a concrete health benefit — for the planet, for people, for the company — building a coherent, scalable narrative that is genuinely native to a pharmaceutical company. The lighthearted tone and visual language of the original illustrations reinforce that message: sustainability is not an obligation, it is a shared mission.

The campaign was rolled out across Neuraxpharm's offices in the form of posters and stickers placed on recycling bins, in bathrooms, next to light switches, and in digital communications. The messages always followed the same structure: Health is… recycling compostable cups, glass, packaging, paper, organic waste. Health is… not wasting energy. Health is… not wasting water. Simple, visual, memorable messages.

A campaign designed to grow from environmental initiatives towards social and governance themes, and to work just as well on a 10 cm sticker as in a future corporate campaign.

One concept, endless applications. And a team that cares about health… and sustainability.
